SteelCut skin for Oatmeal synth

Oatmeal is a free VSTi synthesizer by Fuzzpilz. It's an incredible synth and I've been using it for many different sounds on my newer tracks. Since the original interface is a bit complicated and too small for modern hi-res screens I've made my own skin for it, focusing on usability.
